For more than 25 years, I've had the privilege of teaching accounting and financial literacy to thousands of students. During that time, I discovered something that bothered me. Bright, hardworking young adults were graduating with the knowledge to pass exams—but many had never been taught how to make some of life's most important financial decisions.

The realization became even more personal as I watched my own daughters, Corrie and Cassie, begin their journey into adulthood. Helping them understand everything from buying a car and renting an apartment to navigating insurance and building credit reminded me that financial confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you're taught.

My mission is simple: to help you avoid costly mistakes, make smart financial decisions, and build the confidence to navigate every stage of your financial journey.
